| Statement of FRPH Boarding Policy and Procedures |
| 1. All boarders will be in clean and dry enclosures at all times. 2. All boarders will have appropriate comfort items (towels, blankets, etc.) at all times provided by FRPH. FRPH will be responsible for such items left by owners. 3. All boarders will have fresh water at all times, and they will be fed the approporiate diet twice a day. 4. All dog boarders will be walked outside three times a day. 5. All cat boarders will be brushed once a day. 6. All dog boarders will be bathed the morning of discharge. Cat boarders will be bathed the morning of discharge on an "as needed" basis. The owners will be informed of this, and the discharge time will be adjusted accordingly. The only exceptions will be those boarders who are too infirmed, or too dangerous to handle for bathing. 7. The treatment sheet will reflect the boarding policy and procedures. 8. All FRPH are responsible for carrrying out this policy. FRPH technicians are responsible for ensuring the procedures are done, and all other personell will assist in doing them. 9. FRPH management will maintain sufficient facilities, and materials for carrying out the boarding policy and procedures. |
